As I predicted, Princess Charlene is still in the UAE to attend the International Rugby Sevens to cheer for the Impi’s who had their first game on December 5th. The Impi’s is a part of the Sport & Education part of the Princess Charlene and HSH supported them last year at the same event, joined by Jacques and Gabriella.
To congratulate the team on their first win, the Princess of Monaco donned a black high-low wrap dress designed by South African brand Erre. Erre was introduced to Her Serene Highness in 2018 and Princess Charlene has been wearing the label’s designs often ever since both to official functions as well as privately.
This seems to be Charlene’s latest purchase from the brand.
The dress is called “Dancing Lady” and features a full skirt and draped sleeves. You can make this frock yours for $259 (3,800 South African Rand).
Keeping the styling simple but powerful, Princess Charlene repeated her “Highlight” Sandals from Hermés. The high-heeled sandals are made of suede goatskin and their buckles are gold plated. Charlene wore them first in 2015 to the Monte-Carlo TV Festival and was styled by Valerie Bee who said “Every Princess needs a little Hermés”. The shoes were £820 (906 USD) back then, but are no longer available.
Charlene added a small silver clutch with a top handle, signed by Louis Vuitton. A simple hairdo and neutral makeup did the trick for the celebratory event.
Thi black dress by Erre is beautiful. I am glad that Princess Charlene is wearing designers’ clothes from her home state, South Africa.
The shoes also look nice. No jewelry this time?
