A few days ago. Princess Charlene and Prince Albert hosted a bunch of celebs at the Palais Princier in honor of the Monte-Carlo TV Festival. The Palace did not release any pictures from the event but Shemar Moore posted a photo that gave us a glimpse into the event.

The Princess wore a dress by Erre, a South African brand that she was introduced to in April when she posed for the cover of Rooi Rose. The princess liked their designs and went home to Monaco with some of their pieces. A while later Erre made this white dress for the princess. According to the designer, the dress is made in Ivory crepe Jersey. It features multiple layers of soft neck fabric draped across the shoulders who create a powerful silhouette. The princess’s hair was made by Kevin Smeenk and her makeup was made by Rubi Long. I’m digging this look on the princess; it’s modern, it’s glamorous,  and most importantly it supports emerging talents.

Erre has a selection of their product available on their website. However,  this dress is no longer available for purchase as it’s from the 2017 collection. Check out their website HERE to see what they have to offer, their prices are very reasonable for the quality, and they ship worldwide.
If you’re as in love with this dress as I am,  you’d be happy to know that I’ve located some dresses that look a lot like it.

This DKNY dress features sleeve ruffles that highlight the shoulders just like Charlene’s. It’s even made and crave Jersey as well. It’s currently on sale for $50.99 down from $129. You can buy it from HERE.

For a slightly sexier look, This BCBGeneration dress is a great pick with its v-neck and mini A-line skirt. this is also on sale for $67 down from $130. You can buy it from Saks Off Fifth.

The next day the princess attended the golden nymph Awards add the Grimaldi Forum. For this occasion, the princess donned beige/gold//cream/off-white ball gown by Carolina Herrera.

The Gown comes from the Icon collection, a stable collection that you can buy all year round from Carolina. what makes the gown special is that it features of V-neck with a pleading detail and a gathered skirt that descends into a short train.

The Gown is absolutely gorgeous $4,990, a small price to pay for all of this, although I’m not sure my bank would agree. The frock is available in black and you can buy it from Saks Fifth Avenue from HERE

Looking at this frock on the princess I can’t help but wish she wore it in the pink I shared on Instagram.  the fit also seems a little off,  given the princess in the water bike challenge in the morning,  it’s probably likely that she did not have time for a fitting that day.

A Charlene in jewelry is a Charlene I’m always here for, I feel like these gorgeous Repossi earrings would have looked better on a different dress. In fact, this frock actually needed a necklace more than it needed such dramatic earrings. But I can’t complain about jewelry… Ever!

I can, however, complain about the makeup. The princess has done way better in the past and recently hair makeup game was on fleek.  so, I’m left a little disappointed by The Beauty look for the night.  I do not like the pink eyeshadow nor do I like the nude lip.  when the color of the dress is blergh,  the least you can do Spruce it up with some glamorous Makeup. Sadly this time, the princess’s makeup artist that did not deliver.

Would you like me to find Copy-Char versions of this dress?
