The godparents for Prince Jacques will be Mr. Christopher Le Vine Jr and Mrs. Diane de Polignac Nigra. Christopher Le Vine Jr’s father is a cousin of Prince Albert and was his best man on his wedding in 2011. Not much is known about Diane de Polignac but I think her son is a friend of the Princely Couple as his name has been mentioned in this article from 2012.

For Princess Gabriella, both godparents are South African as Gareth Wittstock, Princess Charlene’s brother, will be her godfather and Mrs. Nerine Pienaar will assume the role of the Princess’s godmother.

Nerine Pienaar is the wife of the retired South African rugby player, Francois Pienaar. Together they attended the wedding ceremonies of Prince Albert and Princess Charlene.

So far, there has been no mention of the attendance of members from any other royal family. But we can’t be sure that no one is going until the guest list is released.
